@Devang – Your concern is right, but it is not relevant at this point, because a unique currency symbol does not anywhere to, how it is used….. So you must feel good for this….

Nice Article! Indian rupee got its own symbol, its great to hear but do you think that it is going to make any difference in the way the currency is treated and used, mainly in black money. Also it is going to give any sense of pride to those Indians who always prefer to write addresses and phone numbers on currency notes.

However it will give a stand for Indian currency in the world market
